Henna course

The Henna course provides a culturally-based artistic skill with practical application in entrepreneurship and job-creation. It helps in social development by providing young women with opportunities for earning, tradition preservation and community contribution. From our school 60 women have been trained from the Berdale district, but we still have a vision to seeing the more youth —particularly female—interested in this course and making them able to shape the future in a better way by using their gift.
Computer Course
We provide computer education in our school, wherein we provide hardware and software courses which teaches the students the basics of computer technology. Up to now, 50 students have finished our short-term course of computer. Computer science is critical to social and economic development as the field provides pathways to modern careers, increases access to information, and provides youth with a path to engage in the technology-centered world of today. What we would like to do is to train all the children in computer literacy, but we are not making an headway due to lack of computers and other resources.
Tailoring Course
Our tailoring classes equip young women with practical tailoring and design skills that empower girls to make an income for themselves. It contributes to social development by providing employment for women and young people whose access to formal employment is very limited. It is our aim to grow this training to offer more students the opportunity to build a business of their own, earn to support their families and add to their local economy.
Language Tuition Program
At Malable Primary and Technical School, has private language called "Al-azhar" we are committed to provide our students with a high-quality, well-rounded education. As part of this mission, we offer language tuition in English, Somali, and Arabic during both afternoon and evening sessions.
These language courses play a vital role in empowering our students to succeed academically and socially in a globalized world. English and Arabic are among the most widely spoken international languages, opening doors to vast educational resources, global communication, and cross-cultural understanding. Somali, as our national language, is essential for preserving cultural identity and fostering community development.
We are proud to share that over 200 students have successfully completed their one-year diploma in language studies through this program. This achievement has been made possible thanks to the dedication and volunteer spirit of our tireless teachers, who generously share their time and knowledge to uplift our students.
By mastering these languages, our students gain access to a wealth of knowledge from books, online resources, and academic publications from around the world. This enhances their learning experience and prepares them for future academic and professional opportunities both locally and internationally.
We believe that through our language programs, Malable Primary and Technical School is equipping students with practical and impactful knowledge—building a foundation for personal growth, leadership, and community development.
